Privacy Policy

Only what you choose to send us through the project form, a call, a text or an email: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, the type of project, timeline, rough budget, area, a description and any photos you attach.

The site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party cookies.

To get back to you about your project, prepare an estimate and do the work. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

The site is hosted on Vercel. When you submit the form, your details pass through our automation service and arrive with us by email and message so we can respond quickly. These providers process the information on our behalf and for no other purpose.

As long as we need it to quote or complete your project and keep reasonable records afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep something for tax or legal reasons.

Photos you send are used to understand the job. We never publish them, and we never publish a client address or job location without the owner saying yes.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email tidalridgeco@gmail.com or call (910) 619-0625.
