Everything on this site, including the budget ranges, timelines and project descriptions, is general information. Prices and schedules for your project are only set in a written estimate or contract from us, after we have seen the job.

Sending the project form does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything.

The photos and text on this site are ours. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. Past projects show what we have done, not a guarantee of identical results on a different property.

You confirm that anything you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you send. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site itself. Work we carry out is covered by the written agreement for that job, not by this page.
